The HR Compliance Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring all potential employees are onboarded in a positive, timely and consistent manner. This includes managing all new hire and transfer data in the applicant tracking system and ensuring HR compliance in the areas of the background check screening, E-Verify and other required verifications are completed before final onboarding. This person will be instrumental in raising issues to leadership when need be and closely collaborating with internal colleagues to be sure candidates are onboarded in a timely fashion to meet client requests. Will organize and facilitate weekly new hire orientation interfacing with leadership. Will participate & provide support during regulatory audits. Partners with managers to support onboarding and/or orientation of students, interns or agency persons. Core job responsibilities are time sensitive and highly confidential. This position will report to the Manager, Onboarding & Compliance in Human Resources.

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • BS Degree in related field preferred.
