Boeing Commercial Airplanes’ (BCA) Human Resources (HR) organization is currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist- 737 and Delivery Operations to join our team in Renton, Washington .

As a member of the Renton Site HR team there is a tremendous opportunity to make a significant impact at The Boeing Company. This is an opportunity to contribute towards supporting our teammates in delivering world class airplanes. The position will play a key role in supporting the transformation in our production systems and the HR function’s objective to provide world class HR service and employee experience.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Everett Site Operations organization and leadership team

  • Provide visible HR presence where our employees work to enable real time engagement and solutions

  • Contribute to the development of a culture of equity, diversity & inclusion where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery

  • Aid in supporting the delivery of key HR processes (e.g. performance support, employee movement, leadership coaching, etc.)

  • Develop solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation. Ensure solutions are consistent with organization objectives

  • Represent the site in the Incident Management Team and site planning activities such as: Inclement Weather preparation, COVID & vaccination planning, emergency preparedness, safety huddles, etc.

  • In the site HR role, partner closely with EHS, Facilities, Security, Communications and Labor Relations on site standards including: health & safety initiatives such as tobacco free policy, speeding mitigation, wellness & EAP seminars, etc. Leadership in proactive site planning for diversity strategy and communications, site 5S planning, and other site wide processes.

  • Communication with HR peers and leaders on site activities

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes

  • 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding

  • 5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions

  • 5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement

  • 5+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Human Resources certification

  • 3+ years of experience leading teams either formally or informally in a Human Resources role

  • Collaboration across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, high-impact communication style

Typical Education & Experience:

Typically 10 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $72,450 – $134,550
