Position Description:
Position Summary:
Provides HR functional support in partnership with the Global HR Corporate Director to support the execution of overall people strategies and key human resource processes and initiatives.
Works collaboratively to provide human resource support regarding a broad range of human resource activities including talent management, people data, employee engagement, talent acquisition and other special HR projects as assigned.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Support the administration of workforce planning initiatives and other talent related process including performance management, talent management, and succession planning. Support tasks include data compilation, manager education, communications and tracking of status completion.
Helps to drive engagement activities, including compiling and distributing engagement survey results. Leads action planning sessions with teams, including compiling & sharing engagement best practices.
Assists with focus groups and stay interviews
Serves as resource for team members on first level human resource related questions and issues, providing direction on processes. Guides the escalation and resolution of HR related questions, issues and requests to the appropriate channels by acting as HR champion.
Conducts and administers employee orientation, onboarding, drug screens, background checks and Everify, Set up and disable floor badges
Ultipro system entries (new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions)
Payroll approval (pay adjustment workflows)
Job File Process to include Outreach
Assist in facilitation of ongoing training sessions on a variety of HR related topics.
Monitors and collects documents to ensure compliance to relevant company policies and legal requirements, conducting audits as appropriate. (Ethics Certification Support)
Assist with coordination of open enrollment and wellness screenings and wellness champion
Coordination of employee engagement activities (Voice of the Employee)
Coordinate staffing needs for open positions (Requisition, ATS compliance, Profiles XT compliance, offers, etc.) OFCCP/Direct Employer Links w/job posting – entry level sourcing/recruitment
Responsible for job description process (establishment of newly or refined roles) and public access files
Create new requisitions and job posting
Responsible for Affirmative Action Reporting
Education assistance coordination
Assist with relocation administration reporting and tracking
Global mobility administration to include public access compliance and Ultipro entries, reporting
Supplier Workplace Accountability administrative support, annual document updates and administration audit
Responsible for creating and posting best practice and shared documents on sharepoint
Setup corporate training, webinars for corporate
MB Points Communication & Administration
Support corporate people strategy initiatives
Other projects or duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree
2 years of related experience with at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources support
Experience using analytical skills
Knowledge of human resources principles involved in day-to-day HR administration
Proficient in MS Office, familiarity with ATS systems, Visio
Excellent computer skills and able to quickly learn new programs
Strong verbal and written communication, experience presenting to all levels within an organization
Project management skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
Anticipate business needs, think proactively and respond appropriately
This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
PHR Certification or progress toward
Experience working with HR Data
