Pall are currently looking to for an Export Customer Service Administrator for a 6 month fixed term contract to join our friendly, hard-working team who play a vital role in our growing business, promoting the highest standards of customer service to exceed expectations.

Position Objective:

You would be based at our site in Saint-Germain-en-Laye. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in an environment where your work is varied and interesting.

This role will involve you processing and handling orders and amendments, dealing with clients throughout Northern Africa, Middle East and parts of Europe. Another part of your role will be to provide a friendly and responsive service to Customers placing orders and making enquiries.

Role and Duties:

  • Enter, supervise and amend, where required, current sales orders and projects to ensure Customer requirements are met

  • Raise Credit/Debit notes and Product Returns when needed

  • Handle price lists, contracts and support price increases

  • Respond to communications/enquiries from Customers and the Sales Force

  • Ensure Sales Office procedures are operated in accordance with those detailed in the Pall Quality Manual

  • Meet the departmental targets and objectives

  • Coordinate order management through QlikView and SAP reporting tools

  • Ensure terms of contracts and export documentation requirements are met to ensure compliance at all times

Basic Qualifications/ Experience:

  • Proven experience in a Customer based Office role (would be ideal)

  • Knowledge/Qualification within export is required (knowledge of incoterms, letter of credit)

  • Experience within export and in a manufacturing environment or similar would be ideal

  • Experience working with clients both over the phone and by email (would be ideal)

  • Proactive teammate

  • Someone with strong attention to detail along with methodical approach to work

  • Experience of an ERP system or similar, SAP would be ideal

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to communicate confidently in French and English

  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office/Outlook etc.
