Aerotek Lead Maintenance Technician in Saint Paul, Minnesota

This position is open due to a retirement, and will be the go-to-person for equipment maintenance and maintaining machine up-time.
Duties: Perform all elector-mechanical maintenance, specific to Electronic components repair/troubleshooting (for equipment controllers - down to the component level) and working with hydraulic systems for machines. Repair Examples below:
• Blow molding machine controllers - trouble-shooting down to the component level
• Troubleshooting down to component level before replacing (last option)
• Control assembly
• Replace items: lines, fittings, valves, rebuilding cylinders
• Sequencing hydraulic systems - bleed systems & replace fluids
• repair/replace Master cylinders, running new lines etc.
