Aerotek Job Captain in SAN FRANCISCO, California

Description:

Looking for a contract Job Captain, 3+ years.

The person will be joining the project from it's early phase of conceptual or schematic design.

Projects:

Ski lodges

High-end, luxury hospitality

-Development of schematic design

-Use REVIT to produce conceptual documents, presentations and construction documents

-Revit production

-Coordination with project team, clients, consultants, contractors

-Work independently and with team members to problem solve design issues

-Material, FF&E selection

-Construction Administration

Will be a part of every phase of the project

Skills:

resort, indesign, sketchup, photoshop, architecture, SD, DD, CD, CA, revit, hospitality

Top Skills Details:

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

-B.Arch or Interiors degree

-REVIT experience

-Interested in professional growth and licensure

-Ability to pick up redlines, put together CD's and permits

-Elevations, Presentations

-Client Interaction

-Ability to work on multiple projects

-Sketchup, Photoshop, Indesign preferred

-Knowledge within base building, spec suites

  • 3+ yrs experience
