Our client, The University of San Francisco (USF) is looking to fill apart-timetemporary Marketing Assistant position.
This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual to serve as a contributing member of the Executive Education teams at the Downtown SF campus (and virtually). The Business Development & Marketing Assistant will see first-hand how the programs run and will engage in a wide variety of tasks and projects to help us continue to grow our business. The Marketing Assistant will facilitate a range of marketing and business development projects and tasks and help develop and coordinate the deliverables to complete these tasks.

Monitor and field inquiries from new, potential clients.
Assist with business development efforts of relationship building, creating proposals, negotiating; contracts and invoicing.
Monitor and field inquiries from individual inquiries and others who have shown interest in our products. Manage the marketing and communication calendar.
Manage updates to the website.
Design compelling emails and email campaigns to target audiences.
Draft, develop and coordinate the deployments of email marketing campaigns, branding campaigns and SEO and keyword campaigns.
Help develop and implement business development strategies to core/target audiences.
Oversee information and reports in Salesforce CRM database.
Assist in Social Media strategy and oversee the implementation, posting and deployment of on Social Media campaigns.
Engage in other tasks and projects as needed; Competitive Analysis etc.
Highly organized; very detail-oriented

Minimum 5+ years of professional experience. Ideal candidate will have
2+ years in a business development role.
Ideal candidate will have 2+ years in a marketing role managing marketing calendars or external marketing efforts; SEO; Keyword campaigns; email marketing campaigns.
Ability to use PPT, Word and Excel and Google Suite.
An interest or skills in Salesforce CRM.
An interest in learning new technologies on an ongoing basis.
Experience in the design of marketing messages; social media; ads and communications.
Knowledge of best practices in social media.
An interest in the executive education or executive training fields.
