The Specialized Technology Recruiting Team at Facebook supports technical hiring across unique hardware initiatives and innovative technologies. These organizations are responsible for developing and building the software and hardware platforms that power Facebook, its Infrastructure, and its family of apps today (including Data Center, Core Systems Engineering, Foundation, Enterprise, Network Engineering, Production Engineering, Connectivity, Privacy and Security teams) and the platforms of the future (Augmented and Virtual Reality (AR/VR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)).As a member of the Specialized Technology Recruiting Team, you’ll partner closely with the Infrastructure Technical Program Manager (TPM) Organization in tandem with Sourcers in developing the strategies to engage top talent globally. As a Recruiter on the TPM team you’ll be driving discussions on scaled hiring strategies and identifying areas to ensure the best candidate experience for end to end hiring. In this role, you’ll be developing cross functional partnerships at scale.
Drive end to end hiring processes for multiple complex orgs by creating innovative engagement strategies to land top talent
Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans utilizing talent insights to determine target profile needs and matches
Collaborate with the business throughout the recruitment process to ensure goals and objectives are met
Leverage data to influence change management as needed to land hiring targets
Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with leadership and key cross-functional stakeholders internally
Own the offer process from extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
7+ years technical recruiting experience
Experience with working in both requisition based and pipeline staffing models
Experience with sourcing, engaging and activating passive candidates
Experience with candidate care and balancing process with candidate experience
Knowledge with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques and software collaboration tools
Experience creating and fostering partnerships with internal leadership and executive teams
Experience influencing and driving towards results through data
Experience in driving scaled staffing models
Experience in Executive/Leadership hiring
Experience hiring for Cloud, Infrastructure, or Technical Program Managers
