What You'll Do
You will manage a team of field and partner marketers professionals that support both, our customers and partners business by creating awareness and demand in the market through marketing perfection.
You will develop and execute integrated end-user and partner marketing plans including content marketing, awareness and demand generation campaigns, events, always on and digital campaigns.
You are an outstanding communicator with the ability to share timely and relevant information between marketing and the cross-functional community.
You understand the Americas market and channel landscape and can easily align to sales and partner visions and strategy to drive mutual growth.

You will play a Cross-functional role providing teamwork and partnership with key business partners (Filed Sales, Channel leaders, Product Team, Field Marketing, Global Teams, etc.)

You are able to lead sophisticated projects with multiple deliverables, many of which come from other groups and teams. This requires the ability to develop a holistic view of deliverables, understand how these deliverables fit together and are dependent upon each other, modify the plan as schedules and deliverables change, and work with the extended team to ensure timely delivery of integrated programs to the field and customers.
Your functional discipline knowledge includes communication to partners, end users, sales and channel executives with extensive expertise in executive communications.
Our minimum requirements for this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
- At least 7+ years of experience in the industry.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills across direct and virtual teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Results driven
- Phenomenal outlook and a positive attitude
- Strong standout colleague with excellent collaborative skills.
