Job Description

Sotheby’s International Realty is searching for an experienced Office Coordinator for the Santa Fe office.

The Office Coordinator is responsible for providing the best impression of the services by anticipating and responding to the needs of clients, vendors and the public, while maintaining a personable, team-oriented and professional disposition. This position is also responsible for providing general administrative support to fellow staff and sales associates.


  • Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel

  • Answer phones and direct callers to the appropriate destination

  • Maintain and order office supplies

  • Uploads digital photos

  • Enters new listings, prices changes and other listing changes into MLS system

  • Send electronic notices informing of new listings and or listing changes

  • Schedule showings

  • Coordinate listing photoshoots with photographer

  • Provides general administrative support

  • Provides coverage for other employees as needed


  • The ideal candidate must have related office administrative experience (preferably in a real estate office)

  • Strong customer service skills with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels.

  • Two or more years’ experience in a customer-centric business environment with administrative responsibility for office operations
