  • Manage in-house and remote engine events for customers within the Asia Pacific region, all P&WC engine models.

  • Ensure customer requirements and expectations are effectively communicated to the facility‚Äôs representatives in preparation for engine (or engine module) induction.

  • Review cost estimates, and as required, evaluate alternatives and develop, provide optimized commercial solutions for customer.

  • Provide accurate, timely status reports and ensure excellent communication with customers on all matters.

  • Ensure that all customer queries are addressed and responded to in a timely manner.

  • Participate in regular meetings with the network in regards to engine induction, WIP updates and status.

  • Liaise with customers to manage a 3-month engine shop visit forecast, including rental engine requirements, for all scheduled and unscheduled shop events.

  • Usage of tools such as SAP, CRM and SharePoint.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers within the region.

  • Lead customer visits within the facility as required, and carry-out regular visits at customer facilities.

  • Meet all ROCS KPIs developed (CRM compliance, SNI, MFA, Sales Handoff etc).

  • Lead cost reduction initiatives and/or other strategic initiative projects.

  • Drive process improvements; lead ACE activities, champion at least one ACE element.

  • Any other tasks as assigned by ROCS leadership team.

    Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years work experience in aerospace industry preferred, of which 3 years should be in customer service and commercial.

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering-related discipline.

  • MBA studies will be an advantage.

  • Possess a mature disposition, keen business acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills to work in a team.

  • Able to work independently at times.

  • Possess analytical mindset to assess customer requirement opportunities effectively, effectively build long-term business relationships with key customers using excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Team player, who is self-motivated, flexible and agile in a fast-paced environment.
