Overview of the Role
The APAC Hair Care Business Unit based in Singapore is looking for an experienced “Digital Media Manager” to join the team! The APAC Hair Care Business unit covers Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines and Australia, New Zealand. We are seeking a highly expertise and motivated individual in Digital space with the ability to envision, strategize, master plan the media journey and find the next Digital S-curve on brands and categories/ operationalize spread across APAC Hair! The individual must display end to end ownership and executional excellence to be able to deliver the vision on ground.
You will be part of a dynamic APAC Hair Care Business Unit, and report to the Senior Brand Director, APAC Hair Care based in Singapore
What Success looks like
The opportunity entails a breadth of experiences to lead Digital Media, especially Web & Digital Ad Contents, new innovation – landscape understanding, Winning strategy development, Digital Media operation excellence and Test & Learn to lead Digital Media.
Envisioning Media, especially Search, Web & Digital Ad Contents, new innovation in partnership with the Regional Senior Brand Director.
Operationalizing the Digital command center – i.e., Bi Weekly optimization of Buying, Targeting, Pacing, Creative, working with all internal Brands and Agency partner and Country team, to drive agile decisions.
Mapping media innovative master plans & Test/ Learn program, define big ideas in line with business priority, track and, upon pilot outcomes, propose expand/ stops across the APAC Hair organization, working with Agency, and internal partners.
2-8 years’ experience in Digital media strategy and execution with a strong understanding of South East Asia and Australian digital and media landscape. You may be considered for a Senior Manager role if your profile fits the relevant years of experience.
Digital hands on operations experience – Google AdWords, FB Business Manager, DV360, Tagging Operation (DAR, MOAT). etc.
Media Data analytical background.
Strong leadership and influencing skill to deliver strategic media thinking for internal partners, including Country, Regional Senior Brand Directors, Category Senior Vice President.
Able to co-ordinate and day-to-day media operations with media agencies and internal partners
Ability to lead change and drive new innovation in media space
Able to handle multiple internal clients and self navigate, operate in a fast paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
