Enterprise Holdings Product Owner - Marketing Technology in St. Louis, Missouri

EHI's MarTech team stands at the growing intersection of marketing and technology, eager to support the data, measurement and privacy needs of EHI's Global Marketing department. The Product Owner is responsible for executing the vision and strategy to support EHI's digital marketing and business initiatives. This role works with a variety of partners from across the organization to understand business requirements, build and maintain the product backlog, and successfully lead agile projects through their respective lifecycles. The Product Owner will work with Product Managers, Digital Architects, IT, and other Product Owners and Specialists from adjacent teams to understand EHI's overall digital strategy and how this strategy should be executed within the Product(s) for which they are responsible. This position will provide a clear solution description and outline of product features for easy comprehension and consumption by development teams and business partners.

In this role, the Product Owner will be focused in MarTech’s global, cross-brand Customer Privacy and Data Governance practice. This includes GDPR, CCPA and other similar regulatory compliance; customer consent frameworks for cookies and other data gathering techniques; and participating in ongoing data quality efforts supporting marketing and advertising initiatives.

This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO. For candidates outside of the St. Louis area, remote work may be considered.


  • Manage product roadmaps for features and capabilities to ensure alignment of product development efforts with strategic business plans

  • Work across teams to understand business cases and goals in order to execute on the vision

  • Partner with and serve as a liaison between Marketing, IT, other internal partners and external vendors to ensure products are meeting marketing and business strategies and objectives

  • Assist with the implementation of projects to ensure successful completion within appropriate budget guidelines and project timelines

  • Use product lifecycle and agile methodologies to ensure delivery of well aligned, high value solutions

  • Monitor key performance indicators within owned Products to evaluate product performance and growth

  • Play a key part of development events including planning, refinement, review, retrospective, sprints and daily scrums

  • Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog according to business and product strategy

  • Assist with the elaboration of epics, themes and writing user stories

  • Evaluate the product progress at the end of every Sprint and accept or reject completed stories

  • Communicates project status to stakeholders

  • Stay abreast of new methodologies to best serve digital goals

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or other applicable field

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

  • Two (2+) or more years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Project Manager or Business Analyst

  • Experience working in an Agile environment preferred

  • Experience working with Gigya, SAP Customer Data Cloud, OneTrust, PossibleNow or similar preferred
