Aerotek HR Coordinator in Stockton, California


EDD Statements • Processing employee requests (such as safety reimbursements, payroll documents, and checking sick/vacation balances) • Processing unemployment, disability, and paid family leave requests • Running personnel reports and conducting audits • Internal incident investigations • Spearheaded all seasonal recruiting – phone screen to onboarding and new hire paperwork • Handles all hourly employee recruitment • Manage, track, and report quality incident checks • Ensure compliance with labor laws • Review personal files, edit and delete as needed • Mediate within employee relations • Implement programs • Paper and electronic filing of records • Transitioning physical personnel files into electronic files, File Purging • Facilitate and maintain Employee Union compliance and relationship • Creating and maintaining excel files as needed

Will start to take on some OSHA and safety down the line in terms or training and safety checks.
