Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Responsible for the development & execution of the US Breyanzi brand strategy across multiple indications in b-cell malignancies, developing and executing cross-functionally to ensure delivering on the brand strategic imperatives.

  • Oversee US commercial input into key cross functional global teams, including the Global Breyanzi Development team and indication-specific labeling teams, as appropriate.

  • Lead the development of the 3 Year US operating plan and brand plans for Breyanzi new indications, including financial forecasts and brand strategy.

  • Work closely and collaboratively with all cross-functional partners to develop optimal US launch plans that maximize the commercial potential of Breyanzi and drive post launch brand performance.

  • Build indication-specific teams to support launches and provide ongoing coaching and development to enhance the professional development of talent within the team.

  • Work with HQ legal, regulatory, medical affairs, scientific communications, market research, clinical development, & translational medicine to ensure global alignment of the proposed commercialization strategy.

  • Monitor the competitive environment and customer base to uncover insights and quickly identify opportunities and risks to brand strategy and plans.

  • Develop and deliver presentations to senior management and other internal/external stakeholders.

  • Reporting into the Executive Director, US Breyanzi Brand Lead, this leader will be a key member of the Breyanzi and US Cell Therapy team and play a critical role in shaping and driving the strategy, execution and culture of the Breyanzi brand. This leader will also be responsible for coaching and development of three direct reports.

Skills/Knowledge Required:

  • BA/BS required; MBA preferred

  • Successful candidate should have at least 10+ years industry experience with 10+ years of oncology/hematology sales & marketing experience and managing high performing teams across geographical locations

  • Strong US marketing experience with a track record of successfully managing large brands required

  • Strong science background with deep knowledge of Hematology/Oncology. Experience with CAR T/cellular therapy also preferred.

  • Effective communication, experience in delivering complex messages to various internal and external customers with a track record of effective and influential presentations.

  • Demonstrated initiative, creativity, strategic capabilities, and ability to work effectively in complex, rapidly changing environments

  • Must be able to conceptualize and articulate a vision for self and brand that energizes all functional areas and stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and align and engage stakeholders to drive performance

  • Prior Health Care Practitioner marketing and account management experiences with demonstrated expertise in customer focus, insight mining, message development and marketing analytics.

  • Willing to travel up to 25%
