SAP SuccessFactors are looking for a SuccessFactors Consultant to work on a number of new projects. This role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, and interstate travel will be required (COVID dependant)
Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks
Application and process specific solution consulting for SAP SuccessFactors (for a specific application: creation of solution design document, configuration and implementation based on solution design document, creation of unit test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go live support, and post go-live support)
Support in escalated projects
Performance of feasibility studies / solution reviews
Support of pre-sales activities
Detailed planning of process implementation
Define detailed design for development requirements
Knowledge of HR theory and trends across multiple processes (e.g. Hire to Retire)
Job Tasks & Roles related to Business Process Consulting
Implementation of SuccessFactors Modules
Business Process Solution Design
SuccessFactors Mobile Functionality Guidance
Basic SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architecture knowledge
Several years of experience in SuccessFactors consulting
A minimum of 2 SAP SuccessFactors project implementations
Understands the Business Process Library approach
Knowledge of Model Company approach and Best/Leading Practices (where applicable)
Experience coordinating customer project members
University degree or equivalent work experience desirable
Solution certification – As a minimum, SAP SuccessFactors Associate certification in at least one module ideally more.
Self starter with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to drill down into technical issues and solve complex and detailed problems
Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations and present complex information in a clear and precise manner
Willingness and ability to travel to customers
Remote working – role can be performed from home or office location (or hybrid way-of-working), but will require occasional travel to customers.
You will be joining a team of over 20 consultants across Australia and New Zealand that specialise in all areas of Human Resources and Payroll. The team is culturally diverse and although everyone works remote majority of the time, the team is very connected and supportive. All members of the team are based in either Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Wellington.
