What you’ll achieve

As a Product Designer, you will partner with product managers, business partners and software engineers to create experiences connecting people to technologies that transform the way we work, and customers experience our services. The role is multi-disciplinary, delivering value by understanding and empathizing with people to help cross-functional teams solve customer and process problems. As a member of the team, you will provide guidance on user center design to create world-class digital products and services.

You will:

  • Leading discovery, conception and execution of global design solutions using lean approaches

  • Representing User Centered Design subject matter expertise within a cross-functional team

  • Present your ideas to design and business stakeholders and adapt to feedback.

  • Interactive design projects that meet both user and business objectives, while maintaining and supporting brand standards.

Essential Requirements

  • 3+ years Software Product Design or similar experience, shipping products to users

  • Highly competent in all areas of Product Design, from user research, experience, interaction, and visual design

  • Strong proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite and/or other wireframing and prototyping tools.

  • Understanding of HTML/CSS code, methodologies, and the technology and platforms that support UX design

Desirable Requirements

  • User research experience in Salesforce (SFDC) and customer relationship management domains

  • User research and experience in customer self-service for returns & exchanges (Reverse Logistics) domains
