The Engineer & Technical Services Manager is responsible for the plant’s technical areas and support Plant Operations. Primary responsibility is to ensure systems and processes are in place for achieving goals identified on Plant’s Journey Map and Master Plan.
Full accountability over Plant Engineering, Quality, Health Safety & Environmental and Plant Services.
Responsible for People Management and ensuring KPIs are delivered as expected within this operations.
Fully accountable for Plant’s Fixed Assets Control. (Inventory, Capitalization, FAWO, etc.)
Leading the Capex ad Early Management processes within the manufacturing team.
Provide support to the operations team in order to enable eSpace delivery.
This role is key to ensure:
Robust capital investment processes are followed during planning and execution of capital projects.
Support systems (HS&E, QA & Plant Services) are available to the plant and are continuously optimized, improved and implemented with the support of LATAM functional leaders.
Additionally this position is a critical player in Plant Leadership, Growth Culture, OGST and Master Plan aligned with business long term goals.
Key Skills, Abilities and Experience Required
Years and Type of Experience:
Minimum 5-7 year of experience in manufacturing / engineering.
People management experience.
Capital Process deep knowledge and proven implementation experience.
Proyect Management Skills
Technical knowledge in Quality & HS&E processes.
English level Advanced
Skills and Abilities:
Leadership and Influence.
Planning & Organization
Flexibility and adaptability
- College –Engineering Degree (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineer
