Accounting Clerk II

Troy, MI

Temporary to Hire (within 60-90 days)

$20 - $25/hr

Monday - Friday; 9am to 5pm

Kelly Services has recently partnered with a local manufacturing company that focuses on producing cannabis, who has been in business just over 5 years. They have a relaxed environment and casual dress code, seeking reliable and motivated candidates to assist their Accounting team of two.

  • Assist with reconciliation and maintenance of customer accounts in QuickBooks

  • Work closely with the Accounting dept in all locations

  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded

  • Assist with monthly closing procedures

  • Review financial data

  • Assist with special projects on a consistent basis


  • Minimum 3 years of Accounting experience

  • QuickBooks experience required (Desktop preferred)

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Team player
