About the role
You will be joining a high performing Supply Finance team based at our Twickenham office. Reporting to the Head of Supply Finance, in this Senior Supply Finance Manager EMEA role you will be the Finance lead for implementing the supply strategic plan and ongoing management and consolidation of the EMEA supply finance results.
You will provide comprehensive strategic and commercial finance support to the Supply and wider finance team, to ensure delivery of agreed plans and targets. You will also be responsible for implementing supply initiatives including NPD, cost saving initiatives and Product Strategy.
Some of the other responsibilities you will have:
Ownership of EMEA Supply monthly consolidation process, including the completion of the month end close process, and ongoing reconciliation of account balances covering P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflows
Promote governance, establish appropriate internal controls that underpin key outputs around reporting, planning, costing and balance sheet reconciliations.
Ownership of EMEA Financial Budgets, Forecasts and Capital Expenditure and subsequent input into Group Reporting systems, HFM & PPM. Preparation of product standard costs (annual).
Working with Transactional Business Services (TBS) to ensure a high standard of control and financial rigour exists across the systems, reporting and reconciliations, contributing to a successful external audit.
Ownership of financial modelling for EMEA Supply strategic plan including new strategic initiatives as well as providing ongoing support to the Supply team with ad hoc analysis.
Leadership of the Regional NPD process from a COGS perspective, ensuring that rigour is applied to the gate process.
We are looking for someone who is degree qualified with ideally a post-graduate qualification in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Management. You will have significant experience with Finance control/Commercial/Supply/finance functions ideally within FMCG organisations.
Strong analytical, planning and project management skills
Demonstrated business acumen, and ideally exposure across a wide range of industries
Proven people leadership skills and experience
Highly developed written and verbal communications skills
