Unit Mission: Get startups to the digital market and fuel its evolution

Role: Sales manager

Functions:

  • Qualification : Research the quality of the leads.

  • Advisory : Be an advisor for the clients and help them to grow their business with crypto capital markets.

  • Sourcing : Proactively find new real prospect leads.

  • Clients : Warm up cold and hot leads, engage with clients.

  • Deals : Bring revenue by closing deals on listings, IEO, value-added services and pitching.

  • Training : Grow your sales skills through workshops and ghost calls.

  • Team : Grow a team of performing sales managers to get better revenues.

  • Workflow : Keep everything well organised and follow company's workflow.

  • Up or Out : Grow revenue and get promoted to Senior Sales Manager, or grow to Product Manager in 1 year, or free space to other champions.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in sales or business development.

  • Advanced knowledge of crypto markets (IEOs markets).

  • Product Manager mindset.

  • Go-getter attitude, outstanding people and problem-solving skills.

  • Likely to think that the work-life balance is a downshifting concept as it assumes a conflict between clients' and personal interests.

  • Definitely puts the interest of clients first, loyal, never backtalk, radically open-minded and transparent.

  • Experience in blockchain/crypto industry is a plus.

  • Experience in international sales is a plus.

  • Fluent English.
