As a Sales Account Executive with QBSI, A Xerox Company, you will be engaging in outside business-to-business conversations and be responsible for gaining new market share and retaining and growing current accounts in an exclusive territory.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Selling Xerox solutions and marketing the full line of Xerox products, services and solutions to both current customers and potential customers within a specified geographic territory.

  • Drive both short term sales activity within an account and develop and implement longer term strategies to ensure Xerox will retain the account and grow new business.

  • Consistently achieve or exceed key performance indicators.

  • Provide customized solutions based on prospective client's needs using a consultative approach.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and walk throughs with prospective clients.

  • Be able to ask qualifying questions, assessing clients' needs to increase efficiency and output, and overcoming objections.

Preferred Skills and Competencies :

  • Proficiency using MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook).

  • Excellent and engaging communication (oral, written and presentation skills).

  • Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement.

  • Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all organizational levels.

  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability; willingness to take risks and try new approaches.

  • Must have valid driver's license and minimum level of auto insurance coverage.

  • Outgoing disposition with a willingness to learn and collaborate within a team.
