The staff earned the Bronze National Quality Award from the American Health Care Association in 2020. The facility offers multiple specialty programs including on-site dialysis in collaboration with the Centers for Dialysis Care, a high-quality rehabilitation program and a physician-led cardiology program.: Summary: The Temperature Screener is responsible for following safety protocols and working to ensure the wellbeing of all patients, residents and staff by the taking of temperatures of all individuals seeking entrance to the facility. The role will cover Medical Screener duties, including but not limited to, temperature checks, health questionnaire, maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment, as well as recording data if necessary. Screener will deny entrance to anyone not meeting the criteria. Protective medical gear is provided to ensure your safety: Educational Requirements: * Must be at least 18 years of age * High School Diploma or GED equivalent required * Prefer experience with oral, temporal, tympanic, and no touch thermometers * Critical thinking skills a must for all scenarios they may encounter * Experience in the Healthcare field is ideal, but not required: Experience: * Must have valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. * Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor and communicate enthusiastically with patients staff * Must have strong customer service skills. * Ability to independently coordinate multiple tasks in a fast paced environment * Ability to work cooperatively with others and effectively elicit and provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including but not limited to Supervisors, co-workers, patients) via strong communication skills. * Strong interpersonal skills: Why Legacy Health Services?
